Celsios is a digital marketplace for decarbonization measures in the real estate sector. Owners and asset managers post their buildings there to find suitable services. As a partner company, you present your services (e.g. consulting services, technical solutions), receive direct inquiries and benefit from new business - without any major acquisition effort on your part.

Your company should offer relevant services in the field of decarbonization, ESG, energy efficiency or related fields.
You need an official legal form and must be able to issue invoices.
It is necessary to sign the short Celsios partner contract (incl. data protection).
You then independently create your company profile and your services on the Celsios platform.

Celsios receives a commission based on the successfully concluded contract between you and the customer. The standard commission is around 10% of the order value. The exact amount is contractually agreed. If projects are not realized (e.g. cancellations), the commission is waived or reduced accordingly. Individual arrangements are possible for long-term or framework agreements.

An asset manager selects a building in the platform and automatically receives suitable service proposals.
The asset manager clicks on your service, makes a request and you receive a notification in the Celsios partner portal.
You submit your offer. The customer concludes the contract directly with you (no payment processing via Celsios).
You can then track progress (project status, deadlines, results) in the dashboard.

No exclusivities are agreed. You can use other sales channels as usual. However, it is expected that inquiries via Celsios will also be continued on the platform and documented transparently. This ensures that Celsios can provide and invoice its brokerage services correctly.

Celsios will provide a partner contract for you to review and sign.
You will receive access to the partner dashboard.
You enter your company profile and create your services.
After approval by the Celsios team, your services will be visible to owners.
Joint marketing steps (e.g. website or LinkedIn posts) round off the onboarding process.

The standard partner contract usually has a three-month notice period. Both parties can therefore work together without long-term obligations. In justified cases, termination without notice is also possible (e.g. in the event of breaches of duty). There are no exclusive commitments or far-reaching restrictions.

The building data always remains with the owner. In the course of a specific inquiry, Celsios will only provide you with the information that is necessary for your offer or project implementation (e.g. location, building type, areas). Financial or detailed project contracts are only concluded directly between you and the customer and are not made publicly available.

We currently charge per individual property (building) or per company or service contract. In the case of larger packages or ongoing framework agreements, you can agree an individual procedure with the Celsios team so that the commission remains fair and transparent. In the long term, the processing of multi-property bookings and collective requests is planned.

Service profile: Each offer has its own detail page (description, benefit, term, etc.).
Matching: Your services are automatically suggested for suitable buildings.
Co-marketing: Joint social media and website campaigns can be carried out on request.

Once a project has been completed, both sides (customer and service provider) can submit a brief evaluation. This creates transparency in terms of quality and reliability. Above-average positive ratings can lead to your services being displayed more frequently. Negative feedback is carefully reviewed and Celsios can take further action (e.g. temporary deactivation) in the event of repeated quality problems.

You can contact the Celsios team by e-mail or via the support tool integrated into the platform. In urgent cases, telephone consultations or screen-sharing sessions are available to quickly clarify technical or organizational issues. The specific contact details will be provided to you during onboarding.
