The above-mentioned data is technically necessary to display our websites to you and to ensure stability and security, in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR.
Contact form
You have the option of getting in touch with us via our contact form. The personal data collected in this form (first name, surname, e-mail address, company name, street and house number, postcode/city, country and telephone number) and your message will only be used to answer your inquiry.
Storage period
After your request has been processed, the data collected will be deleted. Your data will only be passed on to third parties if we are legally obliged to do so.
Legal basis for data processing
If you contact us as a private individual or sole proprietor, your personal data will be processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, as this is necessary for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
If you contact us as an employee of a company or organization, data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, as we have a legitimate interest in establishing and maintaining a business relationship with your company.
Contacting Celsios employees by e-mail
You can contact us by sending an e-mail to info@celsios.io or to the personal e-mail addresses of our employees. The data received in your e-mail (e.g. name, e-mail address, message) will only be used to process your request.
Storage period
After your request has been processed, the data collected will be deleted. However, e-mails can be archived for up to 10 years within the scope of statutory retention obligations for business correspondence.

If you contact us as a private individual or sole trader, data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
If you contact us as an employee of a company, the processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, as this serves our legitimate interest in business communication.Â
Security notice for e-mail communication
We cannot guarantee complete data security when communicating by e-mail. If you need to communicate confidential information, we recommend that you send it by post.
Applications by e-mail
If you send us an application by e-mail, we process your personal data in order to check your suitability for the advertised position and to carry out the application process.
Storage period
- If your application is rejected, your data will be deleted after 6 months.
- If you are offered a position, your application data will be transferred to our personnel information system.
