🔹 Which contracts apply to asset managers and partners?

• Celsios partners must sign the Celsios partner contract before being activated on the platform.

• Asset managers accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) as part of the registration process.

🔹 What are the general terms and conditions for asset managers about?

• Access to the platform: Asset managers receive free access to the Celsios platform.

• Intermediary model: Celsios acts as an intermediary for verified service providers, but does not itself act as a contractual partner for the services booked.

• Data processing: Asset managers enter their real estate data into the platform to find suitable services. This data is not checked by Celsios.

• Marketing rights: Celsios may publicly communicate that the client organization is using the platform, limited to marketing purposes. The use of specific details of client activity is prohibited without explicit consent.

• Availability: Celsios strives for a platform availability of 99.5%, but maintenance times may occur.

• Restrictions on use: The platform may only be used for the intended purposes. Unauthorized use (e.g. reverse engineering, unauthorized copying of content) is prohibited.

• Termination: Asset managers can terminate their access at any time.

• Liability: Celsios is not liable for service contracts concluded between asset managers and partners.

• Service provision: Partners undertake to provide correct and complete information about their services.

• Transparent pricing: Partners must adhere to the agreed prices and may not offer more favorable conditions outside of Celsios.

• Commission obligation: A commission fee is payable to Celsios for successful placements.

• Data processing: Partners only receive the real estate data necessary for the provision of services and may only use this data for the agreed purposes.

• Termination: Partners can terminate the contract at any time subject to a notice period.
